Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. 

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Each Lotus Glow Candle Co. product is handcrafted in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our candles, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur. These unique details are part of what makes each piece special.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@lotusglowcandleco.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange, please contact us at hello@lotusglowcandleco.com. Once your return is approved and received, you may place a new order for the desired item.
